For advance registration the deadline was 15 February 2000. After that date, registration will be more expensive.

All participants, even invited speakers have to register through this procedure!

Download the registration form as a Word file or as a pdf files (you will need Acrobat Reader), fill in the form and fax it to MIC house under the number indicated below. At the time of registration please also arrange on the form your hotel reservation. Also indicate if you submit an abstract.

Also note that the abstract deadline is 15 February to be considered for oral presentations and for the conference proceedings. Hence, abstracts received after 15 February 1999 will only appear as posters and in the abstract book but can not be considered for oral presentation or the conference proceedings.

Costs

The registration fee is SEK 2,600 (USD/Euro 325) and includes admission to all sessions, light lunches, coffee, the welcome reception, the conference dinner and the conference proceedings book (which will be shipped to you after the conference). If you wish not to receive the book, subtract SEK 300.

For registration forms received after 15 February 2000 the fee will be SEK 3,200. The very final registration deadline is 15 June 2000, which is also the very final date when payments have to be received by our professional conference organiser MIC house. The final date at which fees can be reclaimed in case of cancellation in 1 June 2000.

Follow carefully the payment instruction on the registration form and note that credit card payment is unfortunately not possible.
On the registration form you will also reserve your hotel room (see accommodation for categories). You will have to pay a deposit, which covers the costs for one night. The rest needs to be paid when you leave from the hotel (and here credit cards are welcome).
